1. Non-Returnable Products:
Due to the nature of our products being artist products , we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

2. Exchange Exceptions:
In exceptional cases, we may consider exchanges. Please note that this is subject to approval. For any exchange requests, send us an email and our team will connect. 

3. Return/Exchange Shipping Costs:
Currently, we are unable to cover return shipping costs for any exceptions requiring product exchange.

4. Cancellation 
Currently there is zero cancellation policy. Once the product is purchased.
